Homespire fills gaps in community support for seniors and families, provides ongoing continuity of care deeper in the community, and provides a seamless experience of care.
Homespire’s Life Care model uses a whole person approach to senior services that goes beyond traditional non-medical home care to help seniors thrive wherever they call home, reduce the need for care, lower long-term costs, and spark lives.
Lifespark was founded in 2004, but its history has deeper roots. Several of Lifespark’s leaders worked together for more than 10 years prior to launching Lifespark, which was originally known as AgeWell, in the Twin Cities market.
Frustrated by the fact that existing health and senior services didn’t go far enough to address the root issues that prevented people from living life on their terms – what Lifespark calls a ‘sparked life’ – they set out to change that.
The goal: to create a new model of support that uses a whole person approach to senior care that helps people build a pathway to their goals – whatever those goals may be, and to provide the guidance, support, and resources seniors and their families need to handle or prevent anything that may get in their way.
