Mission, Vision & Values

Created by a partnership between Intermountain Healthcare and Lifesprk, the Homespire team has seen far too many people on what they call the roller coaster of crisis. A landmark study published by the New England Journal of Medicine found that once seniors are hospitalized, 1 in 5 are readmitted within 30 days, and 1 in 3 within 90 days.

Each health crisis and other life challenges can take their toll, resulting in re-hospitalizations and decline if unattended. Seniors, families, and professionals are looking for solutions to eliminate that roller coaster. Unfortunately, most current reactive services including private-pay home care do little to change that risk.
